Machines are available to ship Common Carrier (YRC), Local Pickup or Arrange Your Own.
Please be aware of the following Common Carrier Policies

  • Deliveries do not have an exact delivery appointment (only a general day)
  • It is assumed you have the ability to unload machinery in a reasonable time frame (trucks will not have a lift gate)
  • You are expected to thoroughly inspect for damage before unloading or signing for equipment (please refuse shipment if machine is damaged and unacceptable to you)

Below are YRC’s Terms:

  • Charges assume that we receive your pick up request by 4 p.m. and that your shipment is ready by 4 p.m. You must schedule your shipment pick up 90 minutes or more before your close time.
  • Additional charges may apply, and additional transit may be needed, depending on the shipment dimensions and weight.
  • Additional pick up charges will apply for pickup/delivery before 9 a.m. or after 5 p.m.
  • Standard pickups/deliveries are Monday through Friday. For weekend or holiday pickups/deliveries, call your local terminal for availability and charges.
  • Quoted charges include estimated fuel surcharge. Actual charges may vary.
  • Stated rates and charges assume pickup by or its authorized agent.
  • Rates and charges are computed based on a pickup date of Wed 08/09.
  • Proactive notification is not applicable for standard LTL service.
  • Our maximum liability coverage for standard LTL shipments is $25.00 per lb. per package or $100,000 per shipment, whichever is less. Excess liability can be purchased for a total coverage of up to $2,000,000.00. Shipments that are limited by released value applications and used machinery are not eligible for excess liability coverage.
  • YRC Freight or its authorized agents reserve the right to reject a service request when the requested service cannot be reasonably performed or is unavailable for the specified origin/destination.
  • Rates quoted are for and are subject to tariffs lawfully published and maintained at our corporate headquarters.
  • The dimensions of a shipment can affect the charge. This quote is based on the dimensions entered.
  • Rates and charges are stated in United States Dollars.
